여주 박씨 (驪州朴氏)

시조(始祖) : 박지석(朴之碩)

  시조 박지석(之碩)은 신라 54대 경명왕(景明王, 박혁거세의 29세손)의 첫째 아들 박언침(밀성대군)의 20세손이다.
  그는 고려 때에 중훈대부 사재 감부정을 역임하고 아버지 박환(주랑장)은 종손 박서창이 함길도 관찰사로 재직시에 여주에서 함흥으로 이사해서 정착해 살면서 후손들이 원래의 고향인 여주를 본관으로 하였다.
